Terms of use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These are the terms you agree to when you create a CV Studio account: what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what we are careful not to promise.
01Agreeing to these terms
CV Studio is operated by Glorea Career. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not create an account — there is nothing else you need to do.
02Who can use it
You need to be at least 16 years old and able to enter into an agreement. One account belongs to one person: do not share your sign-in details, and do not create an account on somebody else's behalf without their knowledge.
03Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into it.
The information you put in your profile should be yours and should be true. A CV built on claims you cannot stand behind is a problem for you long before it is a problem for us.
04What you may not do
Most of this is common sense, but it is worth writing down:
- Upload somebody else's personal information, or a CV that is not yours, without their permission.
- Upload content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to use.
- Try to reach another user's account or data, probe the service for weaknesses, or disrupt it for other people.
- Use the service to produce deceptive documents, or to generate content at a volume that is plainly automated rather than personal.
05Your content stays yours
Your profile, your CVs and your cover letters belong to you. We do not claim ownership of them. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store what you write, display it back to you, render it into a document, and pass the relevant text to the AI provider when you ask for a generated result.
The templates, the interface and the CV Studio name remain ours.
06What AI features are, and are not
Generated text is a draft. A model can phrase something awkwardly, overstate an achievement, or get a detail wrong. You are the one sending the document to an employer, so check it before you do. We are not responsible for the consequences of sending AI-generated text you have not read.
Match scores and salary estimates are indications produced from the text you provide. They are not an offer, not a valuation, and not a prediction of what any employer will do.
Nothing here is a promise of a job, an interview or a reply. We give you a better document; the rest is not ours to promise.
07Exported documents
A CV you export is a document meant to be read by a person. We do not promise that any particular applicant tracking system will parse it, because how those systems read a file is outside our control and differs from one employer to the next.
08Cost and availability
The service is free to use today. That is a statement about today, not a promise about next year: if paid plans are introduced, we will say so in advance and you will not be charged for anything without agreeing to it first.
We work to keep CV Studio available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. Features may change, and features that do not earn their place may be removed. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
09Ending your account
You can stop using CV Studio whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it — see the privacy policy for how. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.
10Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses — a missed opportunity, a lost contract, work you did not keep a copy of. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11Changes, and the law that applies
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and we announce anything significant rather than hoping you notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Tunisian law, Glorea Career being established in Tunisia. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.
